Golf Club Technician

True Spec Golf is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Golf Club Technician at our Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The ideal candidate will be a detailed, motivated, and has a passion for golf. This candidate will be responsible for the final stages of golf club assembly and quality assurance. Full time position with benefits. Pay range is $17-$19 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehension of golf club specifications (loft, lie, grip size/orientation, etc.).
• Ensure that all components are present and correct.
• Bending of golf clubs to targeted loft and lie angle specifications.
• Proper installation of grips and stickers.
• Ensure that club is free of blemishes.
• Final check that target specs are met (loft and lies, proper grips, etc.).
• Maintain detail documentation of the build for future reference.
• Communication of unmet specs with Club Builder.
• Assist with any other tasks and functions of the Build Shop.

Requirements:

• Previous golf club repair work experience is preferred.
• Must be good with hands and mechanically inclined.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours), squat, reach, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Communication skills (verbal and written).
• High School Diploma.
