True Spec Performance Guarantee

At True Spec, we greatly value your experience with us in the studio and on the course with the performance of your new clubs. That’s why we stand behind our fitting/building process and remain committed to making sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. But we encourage you to give your new clubs a few weeks (or rounds) to allow for any adjustments in your game to be made.

If you believe your new clubs are not performing to your expectations at any time within 30 days after receipt, we ask that you please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email. We will work to provide a solution that meets or surpasses your expectations as represented in your initial fitting through your launch monitor report. If after exhausting all measures to ensure your new clubs perform as promised and no other solution can be found, we will accept a return on your purchase.

Please understand our Performance Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Products that have been damaged, personalized or modified in any way
  • Clubs that have been altered from True Spec’s original build specifications
  • Orders built by any company other than True Spec Golf
  • Fees or services included in fitting/fulfillment process
