TaylorMade made waves with the release of the Stealth line last year, introducing carbon in the driver’s head and leaving a lasting impression. Building on the success of the original Stealth, the anticipation for the TaylorMade Qi10 Max was palpable. Our recent tests have unveiled a new chapter in driver technology, and here’s what we learned.

TaylorMade Qi10 Max Drivers

Much like the Stealth 2, the Qi10 driver family comes in three distinct models – the Qi10 Max, the Qi10, and the Qi10 HD.

TaylorMade Qi10 Max Driver

Designed for the accomplished player seeking a more open clubface, the Qi10 Max is perfect for those who like to shape shots. Despite its workability, the inertia generator technology and extensive adjustability ensure that forgiveness remains a key feature, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of golfers.

TaylorMade Qi10 Driver

The standard Qi10 model leans towards a square or slightly draw-biased design compared to the Max. Retaining the carbon face, the Qi10 boasts a generous sweet spot, a glossy finish, and an overall sleek appearance from the top down.

TaylorMade Qi10 HD Driver

Catering to golfers aiming to rectify a slice, the Qi10 HD is the most forgiving in the lineup. Our tests revealed its forgiveness is closely on par with the standard model. With a draw bias and tailored for slightly slower swing speeds, the Qi10 HD delivers a higher ball flight without compromising on forgiveness.

TaylorMade Fairway and Hybrid

Expanding beyond drivers, the Qi10 series includes fairway woods and hybrids, bringing innovative features to these clubs.

Advanced Design Features

While the fairway woods and hybrid clubs don’t feature carbon faces, they do incorporate a 3D carbon crown for added aesthetics and functionality. The V Steel design enhances turf interaction, while the Advanced Inverted Cone Technology maximizes ball speed, instilling confidence even on off-center strikes.

Models for Every Player

Just like the drivers, there are Qi10 fairway wood models tailored to different player profiles – HD, Plus, and Standard, ensuring that every golfer finds the perfect fit.

True Spec Golf welcomes golfers to try the TaylorMade Qi10 lineup at their nearest True Spec fitting location. With a range of shaft and custom fitting options available, these clubs promise to redefine your game, just as the Stealth line did before them.
