Even though he was already working with a client when I arrived, he made me feel welcome by encouraging me to warm up. He explained his thought process clearly and never came across as pushy or overly salesy. The fitting process itself was robust. Devon took time to ask about my knowledge, walked me through each step, and made what could have been an intimidating experience feel simple and comfortable. I came in looking for more consistency and tighter dispersion rather than big gains in distance, and we achieved exactly that. He even offered quick tips to help me find my swing when I hit a rough patch during the session. Pricing is in line with other fitters for the fitting itself, but club purchases through True Spec are on the premium side. They guarantee specs and offer warranties, which is valuable if you choose to buy through them. If you don’t, you leave with a detailed spec sheet that you can use elsewhere. I chose not to purchase on the spot, but I walked away feeling confident and well-informed. Overall, I’d highly recommend the process for anyone serious about improving their game. It’s a premium service, but you get premium attention, detailed feedback, and the peace of mind of knowing your clubs will be dialed in to fit you.

Had a great experience working with Devon today on irons and the driver. Terrific selection of clubs and shafts. Devon was a true pro and did a great job of explaining every step in the process. Found me a terrific set that beat my gamers by a significant margin (which surprised me). Devon and True Spec are the best in the business!
