Outstanding customer service. Julie was very nice and knowledgeable with her craft. Never attempting to upsell and explained in detail all aspects of the full bag fitting. Would recommend to anyone looking for clubs!

I really had a great custom fitting experience with Julie. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the golf swing and was very patient in helping me determine what equipment would work best for me. I appreciated her asking in depth questions and soliciting feedback during our session. Julie was very honest with my current bag set up. There was no push to change or purchase but ultimately I placed an order with her. A friend of mine observed the fitting and was so impressed that he scheduled one for himself and his wife. Julie Miyagi is extremely knowledgeable about the golf swing and was able to make what seemed like a couple small tweaks to my technique which made my existing clubs seem not so bad. Then when she fitted me with what would better suit my swing, I could see a big difference in trajectory of my ball flight and distance. She sold me only what she felt I need, not a whole new set. I felt the session was well worth every minute of the two hours I spent at True Spec. Julie explained what all of the numbers meant and based on this analysis, why she was recommending the clubs she was. Of course I took her recommendations! I can’t wait for my new clubs!
